Know its history

Luis Sanchez grows this mainly Castillo variety coffee and some Caturra, on a small farm that is in the area between the municipalities of Gigante and Garzón (in the La Vega village) below Cerro Páramo de Miraflores, Huila.

A hillside crop, which uses bees for pollination, which is hand-picked by farmers in the region in a sustainable process of double selection of cherry-colored grains, ecological processing and sun drying on the farm.

The result is an exceptional coffee, its aroma of draft figs with red fruits and its elegant flavor make this cup an incredible origin.
